  1. Ha ha Facebook always knows. As if anyone is that accurate 😳
  2. Little update on this fox 8ft thing, I haven't really used it for its intended purpose yet as I haven't really done much mass baiting other than with an x spod. However a couple of times like this morning it has proven very handy as an 8ft landing net handle. It was really weedy and the water level has dropped so the extra 2ft came in handy, I also used it when zig fishing and it helped. So if nothing else it is a great landing net handle when you need a bit more distance.
  3. He should be in the Hague not just fishing prison.
  4. It's a sticky bait called the legacy, seen Scott Lloyd using it in a video too.
  5. I enjoyed it for balance.
  6. Shire to Shire
  7. The only downside with that is how much you cut off, snap off during the life of the line. Every few sessions I cut mine back to fresher line as it wears or shows damage. Thats why I like my yellow backing line just strip it to that and it works every time I've even changed between 0.35mm and 040mm Gardner lines and it uses 1 spool per 3 rods bang on for both.
  8. I put some backing on my 8ks, I worked it out so I could split a Gardner spool of line 3 ways. And just bought some cheap line off amazon. You can use a calculator like this one to help ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ https://www.pattayafishing.net/advanced-fishing-reel-line-capacity-estimator/
  9. I will have to get some tips off you, I kill everything I plant nearly, only just learnt about dead heading 🤣😂🤣😂 Well done Kev looks lovely
  10. Cast One ridge more monkey ? 🐒😂
  11. Do any of you watch dave lanes videos? He had a bit of a shocker with some swans this week. I won't spoil it but it was a funny story.
  12. I've got some citrus wafters £50 😂 I've not used a lot of their bait for years tbh. There will be about 10 new bait companies start up this week though so don't worry.
  13. Still got it, still no issues with it tbh, I like all the bags and stuff that come with it. Very pleased with the barrow
  14. With a line lay like this you won't be disappointed. Smooth a silk, excellent drag, great retrieve, much better than my aerlex spod reel tbh.
  15. We had that yesterday, my mate caught a new pb and his first on a zig, I had a couple of bleeps on them but didn't get a bite before we had to pack up. Well worth sticking a zig out just incase.
  16. I would just coat them in a bucket so they have a good glaze, then let them soak it all in and repeat as necessary. I think I overdid it in my spod mix this weekend. I probably put half a bottle in and it made it honk. And smell a bit sour.
  17. No true, I had never seen mobile solar farms next to bivvies though until this weekend.
  18. Night view Morning view complete with still glowing green light. You gotta love day ticket fishing.
  19. @B B is your man for Inc6000, he has nice reels btw, I love my Okuma 8k but that wasn't the question 😂😂
  20. I think I would use it neat if I did slightly longer sessions but because mainly do overnighters, I've found thinning it seems to be an advantage as the fish seem to eat it quicker as they are pre washed out.
  21. I usually just chuck some in with the water tbh, I quite like the liquid to be thinner as it soaks through the bait more. I would use more than a capful, maybe like 25% hydro 25% squid brand and 50% water something like that anyway. Might be less that seems OK , you can add whatever you like though
  22. Some of the rigs people throw out are shocking tbh.
  23. Why not just use a bucket? they've never breached my ridgemonkey yet. I never leave my bait in the bivvy either. And always close my food bag, then I throw boilies in other people's bivvies works a treat 😂
  24. I've bought some prepared particle as I was too lazy to prep it myself 20kg of carp particles dark mix and some garlic oil.
