Got a light for my camera from amazon, £5 👍 it comes with a battery and charger and also has the option to use AA batteries instead 👍

It seems really bright but will test it tonight when it's dark, maybe the dog is up for some night shots in the garden 🤷‍♂️🤣

Should be adjustable low - high for brightness, mine had a wheel on the side.  Got the newer versions now USB charged jobbies.  The older ones were 4 x AA Batteries i.e the version before yours.  👍

Yes mate the back cover is also a different screen that can connect to the front to change the color, I think it will give it a warmer sort light color 👍

Anyone got any suggestions for a phone with a decent camera? Currently got the Samsung galaxy s20+, not bad for self takes during the day, but the battery is on its way out lol

Google pixel range for cameras same as a Samsung but with a better camera set up on each similar priced phone.

I just got the A25 will do for me but if I was spending a bit more I would of went with the pixel.

Break easily though, make sure you get insurance if you buy a Google phone, I dropped mine once quite softly and it was a write off.

I'm looking to avoid Google and Samsung. I'm not scared of technology, but we advance too fast without addressing issues, and Ai is part of the problem. Both Google and Samsung are using Ai for searches and various other apps.

As an aside, I heard an amusing news snippet this week, young'uns are going back to prints, and even 35mm film.

The Huawei P20 Pro, iPhone16 have been rated as notable cameras on phones.

Just ordered this for Jack, hopefully keep him comfortable at night when it's freezing cold in the bivvy.

Iv never owned a new phone, get mine off eBay always an iPhone tho got the 14 comes with  a bit of a guarantee. Get a case and screen protector which helps Iv dropped mine off step ladders and windowsills and all ok I find the iPhones tuff. …if your going for a Google phone may I suggest this it’s quite heavy but it’s safe and got 5% off

Nokia's were tough. Drop them on the ground and the ground breaks, drop them down the toilet (don't ask), dry it out, 24hours later it restarts.

My mate actually ran over his, and it still worked.

Really miss Nokia days, shame they got involved with Microsoft, everything went downhill fast.
