He said the same about having to go hungry which was a problem as he has to take tablets with food All the best for a speedy recovery. It is not needed these days a light meal is better for you before surgery obv you would get people packing down a Mc breakfast on route which would be a problem so they still go by the old rules can see why they have low blood pressure after the op though. Carpbell3
Parker baits look alright that fruit and nut looks similar to what I have been making mines more of a yeasty meat and nut with the plum flavour and talin, which really does make a difference to the overall fruitiness. I'd be happy to buy from any bait company that has put that amount of investment in the plant be a better bait than tackleshop sold brands. ...

You probably wouldn't to be fair, people just need a human to listen. I did a mental health first aid course this year, I like to think I've always been caring but that gave me some tools I didn't have, and it's been really eye opening. Little tip Just listen, don't try to tell them you know how it feels, just ask open ended questions that give them the space to talk, be calm, reassuring and patient, you have all the tools already, I've been helping a girl at work with anxiety through some tricky times and I went to a disciplinary with her last week, after that she went to her boss got talking honestly and got things sorted out and is happy again and less stressed, she bought me some chocolates as a thankyou, made me well emotional lol, but it was nice to have made a difference crusian and buzzbomb

jh92
I woke up in Friday morning with a cricked neck, rested in through out Friday and woke up Saturday with a stiff neck but it felt like it was on the mend. Decided to walk the dog. Dog lunged at a cat. Dog brang all that pain back from the cricked neck and it felt twice as bad!!!! I hate to admit it but I feel like my body isn't recovering like it used to 😂😂😂 B B, crusian and elmoputney 1

Carpbell3
Kia sedona cheap fishing van without the hassle of having a van on a domestic policey. Can get the barrow straight in fully loaded its pretty much a day van take all the seats out and you could put two carp beds in, sounds like a summer plan. buzzbomb
