Welcome aboard,he’s still out there. 😉😬

My daily walks with the dog has seen me noticing how the birds/wildlife are out a LOT more around our estate due to less traffic/people......... it’s the only positive from this horrendous situation and I hope everyone has now realised the magnitude of covid 19. 🤔😕
Im like you, emmcee a big part of my angling is about being outdoors with nature. 😬😎

Words fail me........... If you’ve ever had flu you’ll know that your wiped out for wks. Some people are in total denial about what is going on around us,it’s like they are too scare to face the facts that the S H I T IS hitting the fan.

Surely you should be on the vulnerable list due to your previous health condition mate.
Take care mate.
Thanks mate, and I am to a certain extend but I’m not part of the 1.5m who are at risk and my job is impossible to do from home so work it is......... for now at least.

I’m still having to work atm. It is what it is I suppose. Just a side note my local is in the middle of nowhere and I mean nowhere but I still ain’t going to fish. At times like these what people want to do and what’s best for the greater good really shouldn’t be a question.

They will only soften with use so unless your hauling carp every week throughout the year they will be fine Ian.
Even then I think they only soften slightly let’s be honest if you hook a big cat your going to get the run around unless your using your spod rod and even then it’s in the lap of the gods 😂😂😬

My plans for 2020 is to better my PB tench, which has stood for over 30years and went 6lb 3oz and was caught on a side hooked strawberry boilie at Lymm Dam. A good size tench for the time and area (I hadn’t learnt how to hair rig then)
Still remember it like it was yesterday tbh and my club waters hold a few decent ones so it’s all systems go for that come spring. I’ve gone a bit full circle tbh and the last few seasons has seen me target different species more and more.

Cheers for that, but I'm already a member of that forum.
I fish the south coast beaches. Mainly hayling island but I do venture to hurst castle, Milford on sea, hordle cliffs, highcliff and occasionally climping.
Get a road trip up to the Mersey emmcee loads of cod coming out the last few years......... 😬

Are you for real get off your high horse course I am going to get down there and have a lead about and try and locate fish ..but it always pays to try and get a head start on any new water the going bait etc etc and you do that by asking questions I'm only there for 24 hrs not a full week where I would have more time to find out any advantage that can be gained prior on a short session is a advantage ??? And surely is good angling imo ..never been to a bailiff on a new water and asked quatiosns have you not ?? ...you obviously are that good a angler you dont need to and know it all and that much is evident by your obnoxious reply to my question...you must be one sad person you pal to be writing all that and then writing please dont think I am having a go 🤣🤣 and also actualy thinking your better than anyone else to writing all that driblle ..👍
Never fished it sounds a tricky water weather gunna kill any hope of catching

Now that is a bargain in every sense of the word mate.
Was waiting for the ‘catch’ but fair play it was good to it’s word. It was on from 8-12 and me being a sad git checked just after 12 and it had gone back up to £100 😂😂😬
For a short session, roving angler it’s a 10/10 from me,definitely does everything it says on the tin. 😬😎🎣
