My daily walk consists of walking around my local park lake I usually see a few fish starting around now the algae has been turning over now for about 10 days but today I had to stop and double check.. the water is clearing up nicely enough at the bottom half of the lake for me to see fish and today I saw the biggest fish that I have seen in there it’s not huge probably estimate between 15/18 lb or so but it’s a mirror and it’s 2 tone front half dark chestnut brown and the back half lighter shades shame it is no fishing lol.. I'm going to start taking a few pellets on my walk I think and then hopefully get a couple of videos of it

What does that mean I do believe “proper” branded fuel does give better mpg

I would make my decision once I got there and had a look at the lake.weather may be looking like that but they usually get it wrong lol Maybe knock up a small bucket of bait with some oils in it if that takes your fancy could be a singles day when you get there personally I hate those big temperature swings

I don’t use it I said I like it lol IF I had to use that kind of lead arrangement I would use it but I wouldn’t cut the leg off so I could re use the clip We could pick it to pieces if We wanted to. even running rigs can loop and knot in the air (I have seen it done it so I know it happens)and create a death rig if not watched properly if we have to account for every type of angler on the bank. personally I wouldn’t use a separate piece for the tell tale I would just leave a long tag on the knot lol I’m a helicopter man myself lol

It’s a good question If money is tight and you decide to change waters then 10ft may not be any good for you and you will have to buy again if money isn’t a problem and you can afford to chop and change as needed then maybe 10 will suit you I wouldn’t want to buy rods on line personally as the cheaper rod may feel better in the hand that the other one you mentioned

The clip isn’t running it is fixed with the pin it is the lead that is free running

Not a chance In essence it’s just a pac a mac type coat and the trousers are the same

Which one ? I have the unlined ones and they are definitely waterproof the clear pvc peak on the hood is rubbish though

Great sleeping on the floor if you are a young one the older you get a good nights sleep on a bedchair is imperative for the back or suffer for the next week lol waterproof bedchair cover or a tarp to keep dry if needed

Problem is I rarely weigh fish so if I need to unhook one on land I usually return it in the mat so to me handles on the mat are a necessary item? the fox version has them I think it’s just a ploy to make more money as when people moan they will make a mk11 i rarely buy Nash gear and I think I just won’t bother again after this

It’s not poorly made but I haven’t been fishing since getting it so yet to use it it’s pretty big even folded down bigger than I expected.. And I used a tape measure to gauge it there is cheaper for the same thing out there I don’t think the bag that others are stored in is a massive hinderance personally. i will say it’s lacking carrying handles which is a failure IMO

It will all be fine if stored properly the hook length materials just try to break them if it’s easy bin them no rust on the hooks then they will be fine I have hooks and materials over 6 years old lol
