  1. Ask the question at the fishery don’t get kicked of because you have the wrong thing
  2. Can’t find it all I can find is estate lake systems
  3. It’s all going to be ok now the slow boat just turned up
  4. Let’s be honest everyone expects bait to be cheap but there is loads of overheads in it for others rather than Fred in a shed over 6£ a kilo and everyone moans lol
  5. I find yoga/stretches help a LOT lol
  6. https://www.onedirect.co.uk/onedirect/3-5-mm-to-2-5mm-jack-adapter?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIqsjTm5Wr-AIVwoBQBh07xAD6EAMYASAAEgKjGfD_BwE little bit expensive but I can’t remember where tease sold them probably R/S
  7. Kp spares is the go to
  8. I didn’t bother with a paper copy this year just hope I don’t forget where in the emails I put it lol i can’t understand why they just don’t issue a plastic one like a driving license with a photo on it and you just pay via bank card and always keep the same license number
  9. Depends if you put a piece of flip flop on it lol
  10. I usually use my fishing rod as I can’t be bothered to take another rod and reel I just carry an extra spool with braid on it I am quite happy to Chuck a small spomb on that rods are only 2 3/4 I have tried a midi spomb on the set up but it definitely overloads it. a small spomb weights about the same as a 3 oz lead once loaded anyway
  11. https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwifqt2D8dD3AhVBg_0HHZtCCRcQwqsBegQIAxAB&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FFoxInternational%2Fvideos%2Fquick-change-spomb-trick%2F663908644181802%2F&usg=AOvVaw3mdtdbQtJdvYP-S9SKCPsQ hopefully that will work
  12. Exactly that
  13. Tie a big overhand knot in the end of the line then tie a smaller one at the end of the 1st knot so you can easily remove the lead spod or spomb etc
  14. I’d ask them maybe they can let you know lol
  15. Waste of time the fish finder part as most of those are probably roach/perch/bream anyway lol have a go with a finder in the winter when pike fishing even your lure will show up as a fish
  16. Start at the other end lol
  17. I use the same for hook baits as I would for food baits I read Jerry Hammonds book and he doubled the amount of the solar ester12 lol
  18. I have some that are nearly 10 years old I would still happily put one out
  19. IIRC It used to be a jrc hook for the 360 because Dave lane was with them at the time
  20. Could be below or above the next lock as everyone has said just gotta find them
  21. Use an old line spool and bolt through go tie it to a fence on a field and open the bale arm and walk away then wind it all back on again and walk towards it can use an old swivel and snap link to get the twist out as well if you need to if it’s a fence with the square holes in it
  22. A pva supple rig still only needs to be a knotless knot just shorter really only need a multi rig/slip D for pop ups and wafters (Some will use it for bottom baits as well) and as said a simple knotless knot just use them in different lengths to suit the deck and possibly a zig and a chod A “barbless”water will dictate what pattern of hook I will use as it would then be a curve hook or an in turned point
  23. I think if you buy the best you can afford then no problem in upgrading when required. I always used to make sure my house was heated my kids were clothed and fed and then if any left I would buy what i needed. if it meant 1 rod a year then so be it I think I got my first matching carp rods in the mid/late 90’s lol. my problem is getting rid of what I have upgraded from especially with 4 grandsons
