  1. Depends on the venue I know for a fact I can go to one of my waters tomorrow and ther will be at a maximum 4 people on it I can go to a couple of others and they will be busy but could slot in somewhere
  2. But what is going to set the hook once the bag has melted?
  3. What rods are you using I can’t see anywhere where it says all I see is 12 ft 3lb tc
  4. There’s always that way aswell lol ordinarily the swivel on mine stays on but I couldn’t be bothered to go and get a rod out so imagine the swivel on the leader
  5. It does I use a tungsten bead as the balance weight and it stops it coming off i can then add putty if needed
  6. I think it is more likely as previously suggested the size of the waters fishing a 200-300 yard wide lake in England is different from fishing Cassien les quis or some 90 acre lake.
  7. I would go down the top and tail route on a bed chair if they are young enough but poster didn’t say lol
  8. How old are the kids could use an unhooking crib or 2 lol those bunk beds could possibly work but I how you going to level them up in the swim
  9. Just use glycerin
  10. I can cast further coming from around the side than I can an overhead thump but I wouldn’t use a full blown pendulum cast (not that I can anyway lol)
  11. It is common in beach casting
  12. Could go for 100 £ could go for 500£ all depends on it you can get a couple of people who want them as bad as each other that’s when prices go mad.
  13. Crocs or flip flops in summer Had a pair of skeetex bivvy slippers years ago http://www.skee-tex.co.uk/products/skee-tex-fishing-bivvi-shoe-17.aspx
  14. Who was it who said if you can smell it the flavour is over the top… or words to that effect i know John baker said it recently but someone said it before him must be some truth in it
  15. I would imagine others could be crimped but korda are not likely to let you know which ones could lol
  16. They are good for this I use them on a quick change swivel aswell
  17. Powder with powders except dyes I have found liquids with liquids roughly 100-130g of dry per egg but that depends on mix there is no science to it it’s all bait woolly lol
  18. i will bite ... I don’t think it’s particularly bad or unsafe unless the plastic bait is banned then they can use it it’s a lazy combi rig using stiff coated material because it’s easier to strip the coating than tie an albrite knot lol personally I would have just used a quick change swivel rather than the quick link and a swivel
  19. Depends on budget really theres 5500 size shimano I like the gs 4000 series daiwa ninja series daiwa Fox fx9 some like the okuma range of reels something for every price range really

  21. Congratulations to trakker for the first tent over a grand lol
  22. Well done that fish wouldn’t have been easy to catch looking at it’s mouth
  23. I find tigers very filling but very Morish
  24. I prefer the crook of the swivel so the opening is on the outside of the hook rather than inside. just in case...
