So the reels still not shipped Gerrys list them as "in stock" but after making enquiries seems they will ship out sometime in January so clearly not in stock, wont be using this shop again as we have a different idea of what in stock means Quote

Very tempted but looks like it will cost another £20 or so, as i have a pair of old tatty reels that work i just as well wait it out for them to arrive, its not exactly prime fishing time with weather as it is so just gonna have to be patient Quote
jules007 Posted January 8 Report Posted January 8 A not so good update on the reels from Gerry`s still not shipped and now website has changed to "out of stock" and they are not replying to my emails so its time for a paypal dispute claim now i need to find a different pair of reels Quote

framey Posted January 8 Report Posted January 8 Yup they have no choice as you could then just bring up the distance selling regulation of the same consumer rights act 2015 if you say those words it shows you know the law lol. but they must deliver within 30 days that’s the part they could kick back on the actual rule is listed below https://www.gov.uk/online-and-distance-selling-for-businesses/online-selling hope this is off use Quote
jules007 Posted January 9 Report Posted January 9 Been refunded on the reels from Gerry`s Golden Paws, salokcinnodrog and B B 3 Quote

elmoputney Posted January 22 Report Posted January 22 I've just done it Korda Kontainer bucket and ridgemonkey DLX brew set. 2 things I've kinda wanted for a while and not wanted to pay full price for 😬 Fishing outlet had them both on a deal and with an extra 10% off. They will both make me more streamlined and weight efficient 😂 kevtaylor and commonly 1 1 Quote

He's into the aspect of keeping it separate for throwing by hand or catty due to the different weights, makes sense - I will end up having to buy one or two of these, can't have too many buckets. 👍 elmoputney and commonly 2 Quote

The ridgemonkey ones are also good, i wouldn't mind the complete set of those also😂 I've also got the tracker one with the airflow draining system. I think I have a bucket and hookbait problem. kevtaylor and commonly 2 Quote

Ive got at least 10 buckets but my mate must have nearer to 30. When we went Italy because I wasnt smoking I struggled to sleep and had weird dreams every night with at least 2 of which centered around a massive wall of buckets in someones swim it was like bait wars, woke up stressed out 🤣🤦♂️ The mans got 100 buckets, we're screwed! 🤣 Edited January 23 by kevtaylor commonly, jh92, crusian and 2 others 5 Quote
