I'd spread a bit, maybe 1/2 k or so, 5 In a PVA stocking, with the hook bait. If your fishing a 'spot', if I wasn't too sure of a bite, maybe just 20 scattered around the hook bait, again with 5 in a stocking. He's been using them for the last 5 years (kept that quiet or I wasn't listening, probably the latter, 😂) he had problems with the s2 splitting on the hair, hence using the stocking. Do you hair rig or lassoo?? We're there those issues a while ago, he's got a few different baits & glug, etc. from them. Maybe the current recipe is a bit more robust do you think?

You know that! Ive had some late doubles that give a better account of themselves than some late 20's. Some of the bigger ones almost swim to the net!! If my memory serves me right!
