  4. I got the BP4 and BP6 and use the 4 for feeder work, I would go for the 6 they were selling for silly money at the time had the BP4 for Ā£13 and could have got it cheaper if I got two.
  5. Very rare I use pop ups. I canā€™t remember if Iv had a fish on a pop up that is just using a pop up on a bottom rig. I use sticky baits small pop ups on a snowman rig in white yellow and pink , but had fish using trimmed down pop ups on a zig rig tho ....if that makes any sense
  6. I gave it a chance in the summer but had a bream on it so that was the end of that. Didnā€™t try it in the winter being a oily greasy bait.

  24. Maybe file or sand down the gap where the bobbins grip the line ?
  25. As above Fox do a tapered line 300m of 12lb -35lb cost around Ā£10 If using braid .... I wet the spool before giving it the big one ( if thereā€™s a need for it ) by underhandedly it out then reel in with the tip under the water then again cast a bit further out and so on. I think the practice of just wetting the spool with your hand just gets a small amount of the braid wet.
