A baldy bang on the head today walked into an oven door handle just as I was packing up at work.

Think a bit of hair would have cushioned that Elmo....

Nothing worse than a bang to head 😓😓

They say you can leave it on while taking bivvy down.....NO CHANCE it has an elasticated rim from the 2 side poles all way round.

Went fully up within 10mins.....think a Basic 100 Brolly is next for the Day sessions 😁😁

Well you posing all Alpha Male in front of your Trakker Tempest isn't selling it to me , Highy .

Maybe Elmo in a Mankini ? .

😍

Screenshot_20230723_205641.thumb.jpg.28e73633a32d7f95893b99666e9b500b.jpgI just had a rush of blood to the head and bought a daiwa Emblem S 5000T off ebay, £45 I've always wanted a set of these, didn't really need it though and not quite sure what I will use it for 😳

I'm actually watching a bivvy at moment, it's an £800 bivvy, but has slight damage (I think I could repair myself) if i get it at right price, there's quite abit to make on it. 🤞🤞

A mate had a set of 3 of these when he started out, had the baitrunner caps on too.

I remember seeing a "proper carper" with a set years ago and ever since I've always wanted some, I might just get another and a couple of littler rods and have a mobile set up. Or I may just use it as a 2nd spod rod reel dunno yet 🤔

Hi Guys,

I'm watching this Trakker Tempest V2 XL Bivvy on auction site...BUT...Damaged. already spoken to Army Andy if I win, around £35 to fix.

But if I was to fix myself, I've got an idea how, but how would you guys do it ?

The repair will probably last longer than the bivvy lol

It's local too, so I'm hoping it doesn't shoot up in bids...already spoke to the seller, don't think he hoping for much for it either.

Not a purchase as such but a gift one on them mummy style sleeping bags two season incredibly lightweight,  as Iv been stripping down my gear to the basics I thought I’d give it a go. Got in the bag, a fetching blue and gold colour plenty of room…these mummies must be on the big size me thinks. Well after a hour in the mummy oh err, it was doing my head in I was almost sliding off the bed when I turned over, one minute the zip was up my crack the nx across my face, at one point in the early hours I was thinking of strapping myself in with a bungee…. Not recommended.

Looks worth a try.

I heard its been banned on a few waters already. Not sure why??

A device that strikes the hook automatically is apparently banned under fishing licence rules in certain areas.
