  1. No probs ....Good fishing at the weir there on the Severn too & well worth a look .
  2. My advice would be to phone Alans tackle in Worcester, it might be one they run but not 100% on that . But there definitely point you in the right direction anyway.
  3. Unlucky mate ....the one that got away !
  4. Be great to see Leicester win the league
  5. Definitely amen to that

  10. I'm fairly sure there is already a strain of carp immune to khv and are shipped in from Israel?
  11. what caught on baitworks bait ?
  12. Just so you know what me and Nige are on about Jimmboy.
  13. It looks that way mate .... not really looked at these alarms some good features though tbf . 160 a pop though so quite a big risk to take in buying them . What are the receiver options?
  14. Haven't Ace gone under ?
  15. Hi mooseman..... sounds like it's just the wheel and mag type of alarm rather than atts in particular. From fishing along side people with vibration sensitive alarms, from what I can see they nearly always have to turn the sensitivity right down anyway to negate false indication all the time . I personally haven't had any issues with my atts & had them 4/ 5 years now I use 4 mag wheels with mine . We all get done without knowing about it no matter what alarms we use . I wouldn't be swapping my atts for nash heard bad things about them .
  16. Lol Nige .... and little Horseshoe. Although it does appear they were purchased and not stolen from watermark.
  17. Cherry lake I believe .... just phone them & speak to the fishery manager . He was very helpful and will know everything you need to know etc .
  18. I believe the bigger fish are in the main lake , although even if they weren't it would still be a better choice unless you like fishing little ponds
  19. I've had a look around cherry lakes Jimmboy as it's something I'm hoping to set up myself. All the cabins are clean & tidy but no real rural character all furnished exactly the same from the John Lewis catalogue . The cabins with there own private lakes I personally would avoid would feel like fishing a pond . The main lake with the cabins would be my choice could definitely enjoy a break in one of them . Good bit of water for each cabin and stalking swims around the far bank & sides ,with this in mind I would choose the left hand cabin. Security seemed very good so they may well be just rumours. Some nice fish in there too .
  20. Not fished it myself. .... but a good mate of mine said 4G squid is doing the business on there .
  21. Can highly recommend bait works & have done in the past on hear . All came back saying how pleased and confident there are in the products. I've not used the latest boilie ( Royal marine ) but have used monster red & Atlantic heat both are great baits. Don't over look there pellets either coupled with matching pop ups, done me proud that tactic on a very low stock lake , Especially in winter .
  22. some dogs will always be ( as we see it over friendly ) as it's in there nature. My bitch staffie always likes a chew on your arm to say hello and a bit of fuss & not all strangers or family members are quite prepared for it She's still a pup really your dog Tim so a bit of training on how you want her to behave around others & she'll be fine .
  23. good luck mate
