  1. Everything is tougher in the cube Water wipes are good for cleaning stuff I clean my glasses, fishing rods, frying pan allsorts with them they might work, Google might have a good cleaning solution for the material you are trying to clean? General alarm with receiver question? Do all alarms with receivers have a slight delay to the receiver? My soniks seem to as did my old fox sounder box as it travelled up the wire 😁 but as these are silent do they still transmit slightly slower than the line movement like if I had my alarm volume down ?
  2. They look like Cork but it does make you wonder 😊 One thing I do know is that I can't stop looking at them 😍😍😍
  3. I like the look of those they are bit nice and about in budget I would like to be within ÂĢ200 for 3 😁 but would rather spend less if I can
  4. Hi guys I've decided to sell my 10ft rods in order to get some 12 footers for next year I want to be able to chuck some baits out for my next project, bigger water bigger rods, Now I think I want a 3.25lb tc as I think this should be about right to chuck a bag or 4oz lead pretty far, but will it still work as an all rounder as sometimes I may fish close in too I'm looking at 2nd hand but not seeing loads at the moment but if I was to go new My options are Sonik vaders Diawa G50 Chub rs plus Now I wouldn't mind the soniks again but may wait for the new version to be readily available and I will have a look if there are any sales but has anyone got any thoughts or other rods I should look at I may have gone off Cork in favour of shrink wrap as it cleans better 😁 Also if anyone spots any good deals let me know please 😁
  5. Im not selling them on here but I just thought someone may know about them all I could find were they go for about 25 on ebay and a high modulus blank
  6. Hi guys I have been selling some bits for the FIL recently and have a pair of these in 2 3/4lb tc but I think i quite like them anyone ever had these or know anything about them, I always thought RT was cheap but these look alright, I am selling some carp porn (old bite alarms) too but not sure I am allowed add any pics as I am selling them amd don't want to get in trouble for selling on here
  7. All this talk of cupper sooups reminded me of these 😁 If you have time watch more slade ones great sketches
  8. UltraFire LED Torch Tactical Flashlight https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0721Y5SVP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_XWO7Db7MK1CTM I got one of these recently after seeing the tufty torch, I have to say it does work on the coots with the red lamp, quite good fun scaring the ducks away 👍👍ðŸĶ†ðŸĶ†ðŸĶ†ðŸĶ†ðŸĶĒðŸ’ĨðŸ’ĨðŸ’ĨðŸ’ĐðŸ’ĐðŸ’ĐðŸ’ĐðŸ’Đ😆😀😁
  9. Nope already planning a McDonald's on the way home 🙄
  10. Me too I've just gone for first tea break at work to find I've left my dinner at home 😁😭
  11. I got one of these and tried it out this weekend, I heated my curry up and treat will look forward to making some great bankside cuisine with it😋
  12. Good I think you should wait 😁 It keeps the christmas spirit alive and gives you some Christmas magic 3ven if you know what it is 😁🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄ðŸĪķðŸĪķðŸĪķðŸĪķ🎅🎅🎅🎅🎅🎅🎅🎅🎅🎅
  13. The bag material on the ngt is thick and very robust mines been through the wars and is still standing any zip I can break I will i haven't broke an ngt one yet ðŸĪ
  14. I once put a bream in it and the smell won't go away otherwise its OK 😁 I have found sometimes the sides can be leapt by an angry carp if its not pegged down but it stays tight if it is
  15. I just looked at the YouTube can't believe you don't get a groundsheet or any extras with it for that much
  16. The angle on the eye of the esp ones looks a little less extreme Than the bank tackle ones which I think will compensate for the curve and make them sit well on a ronnie rig, that being said I am quite happy with the presentation of the bank tackle one as its a straight shank, they will probably both sit about the same in the end 😁
  17. Yeah I do like the look of those ones but haven't got any in stock and I have a good few bank longshanks 😁 They sharpen up quite nicely though and I've got faith in the pattern which helps, I've used them for wafters and snowman rigs and Multi rigs too and every fish I've hooked has been nailed so far,
  18. I've been. Meaning to try a longshank for my Ronaldinho rig, I have to say I like the results
  19. They have recently reduced the abv on the bottles of westons I think not quite as mind blowing these days, you used to really know when you had more than a couple great stuff 😁
  20. I like the westons ones best from the bigger places old Rosie is bootiful, But do enjoy a nice flat proper cider or perry when I get the chance
  21. Ghostship is a lovely pint, even in cans or bottles it is pretty decent, also love the copperhouse gin that's quite moreish
  22. I just had a look the one I saw is a beaked chod hook, in my opinion they aren't the one for a multi or a Ronnie, the eye is the wrong angle for those rigs which would leave the hook sitting backwards,
  23. I thought you Suffolk were forced to drink adnams from birth ðŸ˜ģðŸ˜ģðŸ˜ģðŸ˜ģ
  24. I've been getting into the Ronnie rig lately I use bank tackle Continentals but have a look at the new ESP ones they look perfect for it, https://esp-carpgear.com/products/hooks/cryogen-trig-hammer/
  25. I agree there aren't that many great deals around today, but depending on what you want you can save from them, I've hardly seen anything that is cheaper today than usual on AD, I haven't ever really looked at those kind of alarms so can't really say what they would usually go for what is the rrp on them BTW?
