  5. It is with great sadness that I have to announce the sacking of Sir Ian Holloway by the webbed-fingered ones from sarf london . I'd personally like to add a personal tribute for such a sterling effort and contribution in getting the club to the brink of League one . A contribution which will never be forgotten . Ian a Holloway . A true West Ham legend
  6. Fancy putting his indicators on whilst the line is sinking . Some people

  17. Under what circumstances would you consider using a fluorocarbon hooklength ? And which hook pattern , in your opinion , suits best ? Thanks for your tuppence worth
  18. And so it should have been . Good team Chelski but we battered 'em for long periods of the game and were very unlucky . No complaints from me tonight , I enjoyed the game and Kevin Nolan had imo a very good game . Oh and the goal wasn't onside
  19. I never appreciated Buddy Holly tbh but I promise you you'll love Jersey Boys Nige , it's so not really my cup of tea but , as Bivvy says , as you get older to begin to "get" stuff you tended not to appreciate as a boy/youth . An example is the late 70's early 80's clubbing both locally & up west . I used to tag along for the tea & crumpet(s) so to speak but I could not abide the garbage I had to listen to whilst doing it. Of course 30 years later you can't beata bita Shalamar and Kool & the Gang
  20. Jersey Boys is a triffic musical too
  21. The above song live in Glasgow 2013 is on you tube and it's fantastic but intro is tooooooo long so I didn't put the link up I could be on here for weeks discussing classic rock bands , the yanks do have some good stuff but we lead the way there by a mile . I'll try and dig some real old stuff out when I have some time
  22. My favourite of theirs . Reminds me of Sir Trev a bit http://youtu.be/cRwR7avc5Oc
