Well I have to say , that West Ham performance yesterday was abysmal . They strolled around as if they didn't GIVE a fck. Now I've been watching West Ham for 45 years and I think I know the koo over there . Most West Ham fans are easily pleased ( look at CM's love affair with Allardyce lol ) . All we've ever really demanded is a decent standard of football , a bit of entertainment . Results , although preferable , have never been the be all and end all over there . Same with league position . Most Hammers fans settle for the occasional relegation if it means 4-3 defeats and a good game to watch . Entertainment has always been priority along with one other thing . Effort . We've had some really poor teams in the past . I can remember standing at Oldham in the freezing cold with it peeing down with rain losing 6-0 . I can remember standing on Arsenal's North bank watching us lose 6-1 in the 70's . I can remember standing on the Anfield road watching us lose 5-1 and getting relegated ( lyall was sacked afterwards , but as embarrassing and hard to take as those results were , one thing stood out . The players played their hearts out for the shirt and for the fans . We've had players such as George Parris , Christian Dailly and , to a lesser extent , Kevin Norun() . Most Hammers agree that their footballing skills were questionable . Poor even . But the one single thing that the South Bank would agree on is that they tried their best , sweating blood and tears for us . The performances at West Brom in the cup and yesterday ? Pathetic and I can't even blame BFS who looked and sounded like a broken man in the post match interview. I am very very sad today

I don't think our league is the best . I think it's the most COMPETITIVE ? Even with the Chelski Citeh dominance i truly believe that . Spain have 3 good teams the Germans one .

Not the same team away from Anfield that's for sure . Im sure Steve will agree with me when I say , that imo , there have been a lot better Liverpool teams over the years . Lots of good players at the moment that will improve as a team in time .

I've used it quite often in the past using critically balanced baits but honestly don't believe it's any better than a normal braided knotless knot rig . Imo my best results were using a pop up with a shot on the hair .

My fingers are so horrible nowadays Ian , it takes me ten minutes to tie a knot less knot and about twenty to tie a loop . I even had problems opening freezer bags the other day when I was separating my Boilies into 1 & 2 kilo batches .

Me too but my fat arthritic fingers make tying Choddys a near impossibility . I do a CM and use the ready makes . Only I use the ESP and Gardner versions . Interested to know how they work out cheapest if you have the time ?

Beyond pathetic listening to BFS after the game. Saying Noble HAD to come off. NO he blooming didn't. And why oh why don't these interviewers show some testicles and ask some proper questions??? Like why on Earth Carlton Cole for Mark Noble?? The minute that change was made, we were sitting ducks. How can he whine about the ref when Noble was let off a clear red card? And as always he uses the collective "we" when things go wrong (as opposed to the personal "I" when things go right). I cannot think of another Prem manager who could have messed up that winning position so spectacularly. As you can see i am LIVID Wish i could go fishing to calm down .

What the (I know this naughty word is banned but I decided to use it any way because I can't control myself) was that all about. Cardiff, Ipswich, Man United x 3. Tottenham x 3, Everton x 5, Leeds United, Aldershot, Birmingham, Sheff Weds, Middlesbrough, Crystal Palace. That is 19 times that i can recall West Ham losing or drawing by conceding late late goals. Shocking stat. How many late late goals however to secure draws or wins.
