The point i was trying to make was that due to early season injuries , the Dudley Dinosaur was forced to play a certain style with the players he had available , and it was successful . As soon as his favourite players were fit again he reverted to type as did the kind of krap" football" he likes to play and we have gone backwards since . The question that everyone was asking was the " why fix what aint broke" one ? Well now AC is injured again it'll be interesting to see what he comes up with . He got lucky earlier in the season when AC and his lovechild were injured . When they came back from injury we were 3rd , we're now 8th . I read an article in Carpology years ago which tested braid scissors over a prolonged period of time by giving them to well known Anglers . They then gave a detailed write up in the mag afterwards. The winner by a long way was the ESP snippers . I took it on board and 2 pairs have lasted me 4 years so far and i would recommend 'em . I hate em Oli , they create an angle in the line and , to me , negates the effect of the slack lining which imo always gives far superior bite indication with a running lead . If i was fishing at distance ( for me ) with a tight line then i have used the Korda flying backleads to try and minimise the liners near to my end tackle but i cant honestly say that it improved my results at all .
