Just spent £3.63 on on a band xpander off ebay. I think it will be useful. I spent a bit of time looking at the different zig bits and just liked the look of the thinking anglers ones, and being served by Oz was a treat, he picked me the best ones 👍
Went to essex carp show today, I was pretty restrained tbh
5kg pineapple spice pellets.
6 pots of tails up cornz
Thinking anglers Oz Holness special zig bundle
PB hit n run lead clips, (these are a bit special I think)
A kilo of trigga Ice solubles for @dalej2014
And my daughter got a Navitas cap.
No i hadn't noticed, thanks for the tip. I will have a look into that, my zig knowledge is pretty basic I've buried my head in the sand til now really, but I'm starting to see that I've been missing out, so I've bitten the bullet and I'm going to have a good go. 👍
All hale the great Oz, I enjoy his articles. 👍
If you haven’t noticed, and apologies if you have, there’s a extra small hole on the kicker that’s where I thread 4lb line to tie maggots to…In the past using maggots I’m covered them in a watered down solution of pineapple goo they take on the liquid inside and out…not sure it helps but it was different 🤔
I was always a bit heavy handed or is it heavy fingered? with the green tool no wonder the manufacture give us 3 in the pack. Warming the kickers makes them slide over the tool easier. I use the thinking anglers zig gear 👍
Well done.
Tench are a lovely fish, especially fishing on light tackle.
There's a old estate lake I fish that I'm hopeful for a 10lber this year. So far just shy of 9lb last year
