Have you screen captured Nicks' advice based on his Res. experience ? , maybe if you dipped into his posts when your confidence starts to wobble ? . It looks like you're fishing into the wind , and I would think that a lot of natural food , bugs etc is being swept your way ? . 😃

Lol, in terms of the manly men that cruse the place at night, no they will not bother you other than a passing chat if they see you, very good to get local info from on the more nefarious goings on, it's the violent petty criminals you would need to avoid , just don't be running around with a yellow duster hanging out your back pocket.

You couldn't write the timing on my part lol Now you have to collect a bucket off them - get a sticker with your name and reg on and off you go to find that killer peg that's not available! Brilliant - like a game show, running round wiv buckets, moving other peoples and pinching their peg lol Can you imagine the agro ticking off, pressure for pegs and extra noddies galore. My mate had free pegs either side of him on the first sunday on Mallard, I've no idea why he wanted 50 buckets! 🤣

Looking at these two bream maybe I should have weighed the two slabs I had a couple years back 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Unhooked in the water during the wee hours after being plagued by tench and bream but they were bigger than those by far!
