welcome to the forum Ryder i use a set of 3 fox warriors of which one was sold as a dedicated marker rod, two main at 2.75 Tc and the marker is 3.25 Tc, believe me when i say that marker rod is always used as my distance rod, i can chuck between 75-100 yds with the 2.75s without trying and that is usually about my range for fishing accurately but then when i have set my traps the marker rod gets pub chucked at a distant feature (just for luck ;)) and 150+ is nowt,, saying that it shed an eye ring last weekend as the braid frapped round the eye and i had a loaded spomb on at the time, nearly wrenched the damn rod out of my hands when it locked up

apparently, the first outbreaks of KHV were in a private pond in the USA, the owner had not long taken a stocking of fish from a Kibutz in Israel. just been doing a bit of digging to try to find which Kibutz and found a more recent paper on immunization, you were partly right about the vaccination @chillfactor the paper states that the Israeli carp are inoculated while still under 1 year old, they cannot contract KHV or SVC and are not carriers of either so they cannot pass it on, but they also cannot yet pass on the immunity to their young, also at the time of print the carp have to be in their first year for it to be effective.

Hi! and welcome i know what you mean about the crusher sealing on the bucket, unfortunately tho i am not able to use the clips as suggested cos i didn't get any. i feel myself that Nick has it right above as they dont seem to be a part of the bucket system but just something left behind from packing.
