finchey replied to Carpbell_ll's topic in Carp Fishing Tackle and Equipment
I'm on the Gardner pro myself I really like it. I fancied a change from Daiwa sensor and i'll be sticking with the pro excellent line. -
Sheβs a lucky girl to end up with such a loving family. You can see from the photo that she content and spoiled.ππ

Elmo found the size, that is definitely longer than my Gardner scorpion one I use at the moment and from what I have seen on YouTube they are better for the distance Iβm after.

Well I did a bit of searching on this forum and another one that I go on and was reading about the more budget carbon throwing sticks and ngt came up quite a lot. So I went on google didnβt find a lot of reviews but I couldnβt find a bad one. So I completely ignored what yonny told me and bought a ngt, sorry yonny π But if it breaks first time out itβs my own fault mate. ππ

I joined a new club in January of this year and the first time I went for a walk around the place I got a very similar reception as you, it was more trying to put me of fishing this one particular lake and pointing me In other directions of other waters on the ticket. I felt like you kiss my backside and Iβll do my own thing, but I put a similar post on here and was told a lot of places are the same. So I just went fishing kept myself to myself and they came chatting to me. They have a totally different attitude now and when I went o Sunday we were just chatting like nothing had happened. Just give it time mate it will all work out.π

I got inside mine for a couple of hours on Sunday because I was fishing my lo pro open fronted and it got a bit nippy in the early hours.ππ

Iβve got to agree with highy on this one. It is the best Iβve had but it is also the only one Iβve had and it was free I won it along with the bed and pillow. I find them all excellent really comfortable bed and pillow and the sleeping bag is nice and warm. Iβve not done a winter night but Iβve done one in March and I was plenty warm enough with t shirt and Cargo pants on.
