Not really a winter drink but my tipple is rum and coke plenty of ice and a slice of lemon. It's an any time of year drink for me. 🥴👍

It's up to you mate but personally I would run the mole hill soil thought a riddle if you've got one, get rid of all the hard lumps and stones before you add whatever your adding, that's what I do for my perch fishing. It makes it a lot better to work with but that's only my opinion. Just try it and see what you think. 🙂👍

When it was northwest angling centre it was a really good shop I shopped in there for years, very knowledgeable staff what ever type of fishing you were into. And they were very friendly you could just go for a wonder around and a chat.When it got took over by angling direct I went in once and it was just like being in a supermarket and the staff were just there to sell you stuff and nothing else, I was asking about alarms and they where trying to push me the more expensive ones when they found out I was on a lower budget they just didn't seem interested. Never been back since. I'll stick to my local couple of small shops near to where I live and what I can't get there I'll buy online. 👍

I've been converted to the multi rig. When I started carp fishing a couple of years ago I only used hair rigs but having watched quite a few vids on YouTube and read a few threads on here I tied a few up and used I've been using them since. My main method has been bottom baits and I've caught quite a few fish on it with really good hook holds and up to now no hook pulls so far. I have loads of confidence in this rig and my bait and I think that makes a big difference in my fishing. If I ever come to using pop ups I will not hesitate in using a multi rig and a big plus is there so easy to tie.😁👍

Why go fishing to get drunk and high. If that's what you want to do just do in a safer environment. Save the fishing for when you actually want to fish. It is sad and tragic for his family and friends but if you spend the night by the water drunk and high your asking for trouble.
