What is it with Fridays that brings out all the (censored) ends , even first thing in the morning people are driving like they want to die ?????

I've never used any from them , I can't see that they will not work as well as a big brand ones...

Another great find there BC , I find Terry very inspiring and always learn something from his videos....

I like the blue/black ones...... only five red one's? next year's catch reports are going to be far between but hopefully some mega fish.....

After looking through all I can find on the dot spod , I think I'm going to give one a go , I don't tend to fire out that much mix at one go and it looks like it's the most reliable one to open with my style of casting ... Cheers for all the replies...

The fox was ok and I was happy to use it BC ,it was just the fact that it didn't open every now and then , and I was wondering if the spomb one worked any better ...

lost my fox impact spod on friday night , its up a tree on the island in the middle of the lake with no hope of getting it back , i'm in the market for a replacement , now i don't fish that far out around 60/70 yards max , I have on a few occasions had the spod not open , are the real spombs more reliable or are they much the same ? cheers all dave ....

had a couple of go's with this rig now , I'm getting quite good results with using a stiffer hair , i have tried it with a soft braid as the hair but it gets tangled up a lot , where using a mono loop over to use as the hair I'm not getting tangled at all , so far its been hooking fish mostly in the bottom lip and the hook holds seem to be good , been using this with three or four pellets as bait also with sweet corn and chickpeas , i've only lost one fish using this rig and i think that was me to blame rather than the rig .... dave

Take a notepad and note down anything that you see or hear, times and locations your fishing, fish seen and where, fishing spots wraps and target areas, baits used and methods, chat with anyone else that's happy to talk, don't always go in with"what you caught mate" chat about the weather is always a good start, if you can find a bailiff ask him, most of the time they are happy to help out, but don't believe everything you've told ....

One from yesterday's little session , had 7 in total from about 5lb to 11lb , fished from lunchtime to midnight...

Can people please check their predictive text before posting ...... I've been drinking and are now totally confused....

I use them straight from the can both mixed with sweetcorn on the hair and in my freebies , there's some lovely juice in that can don't waste it .....

I'm quite happy using them out the tin, mixed with a kg of frozen sweetcorn it's a great bait 😁

And also called jilted john , strangely enough .... if I could work out how to post a YouTube link I would at this point of the thread.....
