dont know you personally and have never met you but like the others here have said and especially @commonly i think its good that people checked in to see if you were ok, as with the others have said i think no need to delete account i took a near 15 year gap from fishing but we always come back in the end . so long as you are all good and stay sane and well in whatever hobby/outlet you choose i sincerely wish you the best, thank you for your posts and advice from time to time you helped an old dog learn new tricks

In my past Iv had a couple of “ the inevitable has happened moments “ In my case it was a relationship problem and the other was when I was fostering… but came back to fishing which if I’m honest keeps me sane Keep the account open you got mates on here and you can always message us …and your posts were always good 👍 As for the fishing gear you can replace it 6 months or a year down the line the lakes will always be there and the fish will have got bigger ..still got to catch them tho

I did, i had 2 parknlakes planned....had it all planned, even told the wife, bought all the bait for it and everything. My lad has his little setup, 1 carp rod and 1 float rod, Terminal n bait (all in 2 bags) so if need the itch, I can use his, but it been on the cards for a while now.

Just brought a new Steve Neville buzzer to replace a buzzer with a cracked case, it arrived a few days ago - but didn’t work! I took the back off and saw that one of the contacts hadn’t been soldered! To be fair, the company I brought it off replaced it immediately, no questions asked - it’s a manufacturing fault that they couldn’t foresee so can’t blame them really, my new, er, new alarm should be here tomorrow. why didn’t I just not send the alarm off for a replacement case? Good question! I’ll do that too… £30 to repair. I’ve also got a neville that drains the battery in under an hour, it must be shorting out somewhere, £20 to fix that. Speculate £50 and I’ll have 5 good as new Neville alarms.

All good, just been on cards for a while, and spoke to a guy who deals in full setups local.

I've been buying some bits mainly ESP and mainly end tackle chod bits And some korda chod krimps and J precision chod hooks And I am going to restore my old esp catapult new medium elastic and and new boilie pouch. Literally on cloud 9 after planning this restoration. Exciting times 😂
