muftyboy Posted May 28, 2016 Report Posted May 28, 2016 Lol it was a pain in the rear for me to find it the first time I looked for it it's under "menu" "lakes" "day ticket" "joining" for future reference [emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk My problem is I give up to easily. spr1985 1 Quote
nealjt Posted May 28, 2016 Report Posted May 28, 2016 You thinking of fishing it then Mr Mufty? I think it works well with the membership, gets you a key the gate so nice and safe. Can bring guests and they just pay for the day ticket. The id card is more for the farmer who owns the land. Are you there yet spr? Lovely day for it! Am trying to get a pass from the wife this week for me and my boy he want to go elsewhere as he knows I catch nothing at Bayes!! [emoji39] think I've got one more blank left in me before I give up and leave it until winter [emoji30] Quote
spr1985 Posted May 28, 2016 Author Report Posted May 28, 2016 I will be there either tomorrow or Monday possibly an overnight Sunday into Monday not sure yet.....you could just take the boy there and tell him it's not bayeswater lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk nealjt 1 Quote

There will be 6 of us , and I want somewhere in Essex so it's easier for my dad as he lives in Ipswich. At the moment we are going to crowsheath but I'm still looking for maybe a better alternative. newmarket 1 Quote

spr1985 Posted May 29, 2016 Author Report Posted May 29, 2016 Apologies in advance guys but don't hold breaths for an update as I've just had a phone call that likely puts my fishing trip on the back burner I'll be lucky to get a couple of hours on my club lake this weekend Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote

spr1985 Posted June 10, 2016 Author Report Posted June 10, 2016 Not a chance unfortunately my pass covered me for tonight up until tomorrow evening, I'd guess at most of the forty fans will fish up until the evening leaving enough time to get home/pub for the footy, I'll probably just head to my club lake I know I'm guaranteed a swim down there Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
crusian Posted June 10, 2016 Report Posted June 10, 2016 Well that's a shame , but I guess it's not worth the punishment if you go AWOL ! . nealjt and spr1985 2 Quote

spr1985 Posted June 11, 2016 Author Report Posted June 11, 2016 Day ticket sharpy, the syndicate looked empty when I popped up, Gary bayes was there and I don't think he'd take to kindly to me jumping on the syndicate lake* * not that I would if he wasn't there* Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk nealjt 1 Quote
nealjt Posted July 11, 2016 Report Posted July 11, 2016 It's been awhile but all being well I should have another noddy update this Saturday [emoji39] woo hoo ! Luckily for me some travellers have parked in a field near the lake so everyone seems to be freaking out and not fishing, fingers crossed I'll have some choice of swim [emoji108] My only plans so far are that the wind is the same as when I last went so if I can I'll fish the other side of the lake and see what happens. I realise I can't give up on the place! markspod, chillfactor and spr1985 3 Quote
crusian Posted July 12, 2016 Report Posted July 12, 2016 Ah good , I feel the need for a Bayeswater fix . Stay safe , and empty the lake Neil . nealjt 1 Quote
nealjt Posted July 12, 2016 Report Posted July 12, 2016 Well, the travellers have moved off, boo rubbish! Lake will now be full again. Oh and even more annoying, Mr Bayes himself said that while the travellers were on site it was free to fish the day ticket!!! Quote
nealjt Posted July 12, 2016 Report Posted July 12, 2016 But the current weather forecast shows a slight change in direction the night before I go, so I'll know where to look for the fishies! This will narrow my choices which in a way is good because it means I'll have a clear choice of a swim I'm confident in or to go elsewhere Quote
spr1985 Posted July 12, 2016 Author Report Posted July 12, 2016 They must have moved off today....they was still there yesterday when I drove past on my way home from work Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
