Soz but I had to chuckle at that last bit I'm kinda lucky unlucky I got diagnosed with whatever they called it back in the 70s, I still remember doing my nut that I was in the special section of junior school by the time I got to secondary they pretty much just let me go feral went through a few social workers used to come and go from home as well just wouldn't be told nothing my risky behaviour was off the scale.
The horrible side is if I'm not interested in something or someone nothing can change that really does cause problems for anyone close.

My bits of important tackle gos in a pair of Saxx men’s vibe boxer’s very comfy got them from go outdoors … I would post a pic but it would never get past the mods and it’ll make people jealous 😏

You could also add Nige Woodcock and , er , Carpmachine to that list as well 🤣

I always forget to tell my mate my lead bag is in his rucksack then when we get to our faraway swim suddenly I would remember…this has happened several times  😇

Yup I stand corrected 😳…I would have to upgrade to a padlock instead of the sticky tape that’s on the lid tho 

Nutting yet but will be topping up essential bits for da weekend, nothing major.
She has her big op next Friday so it could be eight weeks before I get out again.
Oh and kind of a purchase just won a civil case againt a major name in the finance world,  sneaky sods even their own legal team was beyond impressed by the case I put to them, they are really flapping it now as I can take them to the high court next already had an offer to settle.

Well from what you've written , Elmo you've made a great decision ; your post  reads that the lake is your happy place which to me is very important in stressful times .
Interesting what you say about the Deeper - I've " found " some interesting spots with the Deeper , but can I then find the flipping spots with a marker set up afterwards to cast to ? - can I hell 😢.

Yeah the same as me lol I once found this hump in a swim on the Deeper where it was about 2ft shallower,I thought that would be perfect to set a trap, I've never found it with a lead and I can't find it with the Deeper anymore either. I will try and upload some screenshots to highlight what I mean when I can

I got all emotional when I left😳, I've asked for a couple more days to think about it but I think I am giving it one more year the fish are growing nicely too, when I left it was empty and all I could hear was the birds and the knobby geese, but it reminded me why I like being there so much, what I decided was that I have been fishing like a noddy for the last 2 years, I'm giving up tech not the lake I think 🤣
Everything that usually goes wrong is because of tech yesterday i checked my spots with a lead, and cast all fine, the only times things went wrong were when i used the boat,also the accuracy annoys me, I got all my line caught in the prop. I got carried away with the 3kg payload and the deeper seems to be a bit tory and makes up lies too. And I am going to try this using less bait business although I may use the boat for prebaiting and spot clearing because it's easier than spombing large amounts 😂

I've got some 18mm mdf in stock that I can trim down at work👍, turns out I have security anyway, blooming massive it is 

I hope you don’t mind me saying Elmo but I’m concerned about your back door not the condition of it, but saying that it could do with a bit of TLC…just saying 😉 It’s the bottom panel of the door. I strengthened the other side of the panel of my door with half inch MDF after repairing a friend’s door similar to yous she had a break in what they did was kick in the panel as it’s quarter inch plywood..Fast forward a year and I noticed someone had a go at my door in the same spot but luckily the mdf saved the day. 

Well chuffed with my new free-spirit Helicals. 
May have to nip down the water tomorrow for a few casts.

All packed and ready for action....
