Ive only had one cup of tea today been drinking the clear stuff π¬
Normally by now I would be hitting double figures I think, π³
I think sugar in tea is one of the worst things, as I found that's what makes you crave lots, when I was healthier before it was one of the first things to go, sweeteners all taste horrible, would rather go without, but this morning I needed a hit π
Diet wise not been too bad todayπ
3 protien shakes
Chicken and spinach wrap
Snack sized double decker(cupboard clearing still) π²
Jerk seasoned Chicken breast, veggies, and cous cous tonight (work tea)
Yoghurt
And 2l of water so far pretty good day π
