Just purchased another Fox item in a Duralite combi Chair , which got me thinking as to which manufacturer the major items are made by in my camp , I have Fox Supa brolly system , Fox Alarms , Fox Weigh Sling , Fox Unhooking Mat , Fox Table , 2 Fox landing Nets , Fox Swingers Nash SS3 , Daiwa reels Shimano Rods , Cygnet pod , Shimano and Wychwood luggage and a Prestigue Barrow. So it seems I may be a FOX man . What about the rest of you …….. who do you align to I the main.

Which of Bluebells lakes we be good for a few runs ,not just with the bigest fish in

I have both , a Fox STR and a ordinary mesh type one . So IMO the ones with bars are not essential but nice to use.

I would imagine it too heavy for any practical use if you were going to use it to carry your gear to and from the lake , but as a storage device and just to move short distances it looks fine . You could drill out 10 cm holes neatly to reduce weight ,and this will not impact on strength

I would say youll do that more than easily . At 40 yds I would bother with a leader assuming your using 15 Lb line or above

Go second hand for a rod , way cheaper

Have a look at the two piece options out their , it was a few months ago I saw the benefit of these landing nets in tight swims or a boat.

Would have liked the Ultra but Fox has done away with the Peak on the ultra so that was the deal breaker for me

I love the Fox Brolly , ohh my I have one 😀 60 inch Supa brolly system and love it , with regard to the thread on the Ultra ,im sure its user error, cross threading it then choosing to blame the brolly , it would be easy to do on mine if I didnt take care.

Theirs a couple of Cyprinus Bunkers for sale on Tackle Trader brand new , no idea if their good value just pointing them out

Dont get to preoccupied with bait ,choose a recognised quality bait and go with it , If your happy with your rigs and choice of swim, then as I have said on here before ,the only reason I dont catch is if the fish are not their or they are not feeding , I use Hybrid no better no worse than any I have used in the past , I just get it for a good price.

Seen pic of the fish and it weighs anything between 28 and 32 , wish I had weighed it now but at the time it was the last thing on my mind 😢😢😢
