  1. It was hooked , so I had it contained ,no problem ,but needed side cutters to remove hook , let go with one hand to pickk up side cutters ,and thats when its feet kicked off 😭 as you can see in the pic ,the aftermath . Cut hook, removed hook and then let him go , no more drama .

  3. It actually looks closer than it really is to the rods . Coots are the ones . be carefull if you come into contact with one .
  4. Strange you say that about Berkely Big Game , this is a line I have used for many may years and have found it to be excellent in every way , this is roughly the lines and time I have used them Big Game... 20 yrs + Daiwa Sensor... 2 yrs Wychwood DPM... 5 yrs current .
  5. Having looked at the Line/Dia tests on here , it would seem Fox are very good lines to use .
  6. Probable the nicest as they dont generally dive on your bait
  7. If you had it vertical the little pendulum would move at the slightest bump ,so would give you false bleeps , slightly leaning them forwards all but eliminated this .

  9. Bitec also made an alarm called the Bitec Micro, they worked exactly the same as a Delkim , wish I hadn't sold them

  15. On our syndicate I weigh everything ,then photograph it mostly on the mat , that is for tracking our fishes progress . We had one go in ,in 1994 at around 6 I believe its around 25 now . Other than that its mainly fish over 20.

  21. As a guess I would say yes , I see no reason why they wouldnt , although thinking about the different variations, they may make a difference ,say QD -QDX ect
