Would certainly make you think that something has changed wouldn't it. Everything has gone up in cost including all bait ingredients, the delivery cost on them etc, the import tax on it and yet the price has come down. 🤔 I wonder if catch rates have gone down on it.

Because people want to pay £4.95 a kilo lol Regular price is 10.95 a kilo so that either a great bargain or something has changed in their baits

    Thought of the Day pt.2

I think my carp fishing is over for the foreseeable future, I'm just so bored with it at the moment, I won't be renewing my night card or day ticket. I actually went shore fishing a couple of weeks ago and I'm back in love with my sea fishing, I went with a couple of mates and had a great time, I only caught a few whiting but the thing is you don't know what's on the end of that line, I had to borrow a rod and reel from my mate, because I'd sold all my gear but guess what I'm starting a fresh with new gear and I can't wait. I did keep 1 rod and tomorrow I'm going out to buy a new reel. I will be hanging around on the forum and keeping my eye on things, it's been great being part of this forum and had great advice and learnt a lot in my short time in carp fishing but my first love for fishing has always been sea fishing even though it involves more travelling and cost but I don't really care, it's all about enjoying my fishing and over the last 2 years I've not really been enjoying myself. So I wish everybody tight lines and great fishing and catches and will be keeping an eye on things. All the best Keith.
