    Best hooklink material

seaguar abrazx fluorocarbon fishing line Not sure if this available in Europe yet. I bought some off ebay from a US supplier. Postage was not cheap but it still worked out cheaper than other Seaguar fluorocarbon lines here. I have been using the 15lb in rocky swims for barbel, it's proving very tough and has taken a few carp between 14lb - 19lb as well. The braid hook length materials do not work for me here on the river Lot, France. Tried a few now, but few bites and no fish!

Great shots... once you get used to using the camera software you can get some great effects

One thing I will say about the advantage of DSLR is the option for a big zoom lens, I use a 28-300mm zoom,

Samsung phones are amazing for indoor shots, I go to a lot of gigs and my mates get far better shots than me, although the new apple phones are brilliant cameras now, especially with the editing software and various apps you can get amazing results. Some of mine are with a canon DSLR but most are just iPhone

Took all of these whilst having a family day out at Fen Drayton last year, such a beautiful place,

  8. I think a lot of the problem with braid hook links is due to crayfish, and for you poisson chat fiddling with rigs.

Well I thought I'd but a couple of photos on. This one is a Samsung filter. A holiday snap it came of the phone. And another one straight from the phone of one of my local lakes.

  14. Oh god, donโ€™t start! Iโ€™ve got 6 different types of leadcore! Several types of anti tangle tubing! Different lead clips, heli-safe clips, various different split links to quick change leads on helicopter rigs... half a dozen splicing needles, several baiting needles, nut drills, stringer needles! Helicopter rig kits, anti tangle sleeves, several types and sizes of shrink tube, silicone tube, bait screws, two penknives, a leather man tool, mini screwdriver set, batteries, two types of tungsten putty, several pairs of scissors and braid blades, 3 types of marker floats, 3 types of marker elastic, several types of pva string and tape... swivels? Mini bait swivels. Quick change in size 8,10,11... spinner swivels, normal swivels in 8&11. As for hooks??? Wide gapes, curve shanks, long shanks, trig-hammers, cranks, choddies, crank-choddies, fox med curves, Nash fang, Nash twister, drennan super specialist... long shank twisters... I just canโ€™t help myself, I am always buying bits to tinker with my rigs... yet I always revert back to esp striptease with Nash fangs blowback rigs. Or Ronnie rigs for pop ups... all the โ€œwonder rigsโ€ I tie up on dark winter nights usually end up gathering dust in my rig box. on the bright side, Iโ€™m paying off my tackle dealers mortgage!!
