    With coated braid doubled up thru the eye it’s not going to move,well it hasn’t on mine,but if the bead gives you peace of mind,that can only help.

    I use a bait screw on mine,when I’ve had a take I just reposition the D check the hook and put it out again. Can’t see how you need hook beads or am I missing something here mate. 🤔

    It depends which lake your fishing mate what I will say is Lakemoor have some monsters in there and will smash a bog standard set up. Anything up to 30lb and your standard carp set up should cope..... anything over that and your in the lap of the gods,mate. !

    Get yourself some maggots and do a few pleasure sessions......... will kick start your enthusiasm and remind you why we go fishing in the first place. Even a change of venue can get the old grey matter working mate you may be stuck in a rut in your water atm mate

    Well ended up on the water we wanted and for the first time in what feels like ages I lost one,and it felt like a good un 😱😱😱 was gutted tbh and was my only bite of the session. I have unfinished business with this water 🙄😬😎. On a positive note matey boy had one over my mix and boilies so I’m heading in the right direction. Still can’t get the feeling when my fish padded me up and everything went solid 😱😱😱 always next time i suppose 😉😎🎣

    Praying I can get on the local cat water with temps forecast for mild tomorrow overnight after dropping night time temps. I’d of been on for 48 but the Mrs car is in the garage for 09:00 tomorrow so gotta drop her off..... blooming women 🙄🙄...... back up plan for a carp runs water if I can’t but with it being bank holiday I can see me maggot bashing at this rate 🙄🙄😂😂😬

    I’ve got the 700E Vass waders mate and they do have a drawstring on the the top of them and yea they are a very generous size mate. They go over my beer belly that’s for sure (6ft/18st) 🙄🙄😂😂😬

    There’s at least 4 waters on the lymm card that has a good mix of carp/cats in em mate and fairly local to you Could save you a few bob on day ticket prices if you did fancy targeting a moggy in the future.

    I got some 30lb braid (Yellow) 🙄🙄🙄 last year off flea bay from China...... it’s been sound....... so far. I got it from a link on here got 100m of 10lb (again yellow)🙄🙄 for my drop shotting and again had no problems with it. 😬😎

    They don’t actually sink they just sit in the water. Try it in the margins although they do go out of sight without the foam.
