Well I'm just about to pop to my mums for the last time for a while, we have been safe and locked down since before Christmas so she's been our care bubble of one, but I have to go back to work, that means sadly as I can't trust my colleagues to be as vigilant as myself, I just can't risk it after Monday 😭 Let's get this over with then maybe we could discuss it all at a social once its safe 👍

John Baker has done a you tube channel and he goes through making baits watched one the other day, was quite informative 👍 Patshull Park mix isn't a bad mix though I made some baits with it that rolled quite well, the guy in charge of quality baits was very helpful took the time to call me and help me with things, cm60 is quality baits version of the cell, if you search on here you might find some more info, I seem to recall someone rating the HNV base mixes Not used John Baker but I would imagine really good quality mixes, he certainly knows his stuff

Me too Day 2 of home schooling it's getting real already 😂 Gonna certainly be a tough couple of. Months, but hopefully some good will come from it, and it will be sorted, we saw the girls teachers this morning while out on our walk, they are really under it at the moment, and deserve a heck of a lot of credit for all they are dealing with, Stay safe

I'm mainly seeing it from the side that needs us all to stay at home and just do our bit, nip this in the bud, I want my kids back at school, I want to see my family again,I want to go to work and not be stressed about washing my hands and people being too close, I've lost my dad people all around are losing loved ones, it's time to just shut the front door for a bit and limit the damage, It's winter I do like the quiet of winter fishing but a couple of months won't hurt now as much as it would in spring like last year, I understand how important fishing is, and I'll spend the time missing it too but I might just make some hookbaits, tidy up my stuff and make some rigs it will soon pass, I'm gonna Try and do more Joe wicks PE from next week too 😂 Stay safe everyone

Well my plans for now are home schooling, furlough this week anyway then we shall see, but probably more home schooling and trying to keep spirits up Yesterday we made a band and were drumming along to music, I haven't told the misses yet that we've dented the steamer pans a little 😁 Stay safe people

I've got one just incase I ever need to venture out in the boat, so far I haven't though, seems to much of a faff to just get the boat out lol It's really the pads that are getting in the way tbh the weed can be worked on with a rake or baited like you say, if needs be, looks like if I want to I'm just going to have to get stuck in with the rake and cutter and try and clear it, Cheers all

Thanks for this, I might be able to do something by boat, it is just too far out from land I have tried I've got a big rake though and a cutter so I should be able to do something, was hoping there was an easy solution 😂 It seems a colder winter this year already, so hopefully that will do some good
