You probably wouldn't to be fair, people just need a human to listen. I did a mental health first aid course this year, I like to think I've always been caring but that gave me some tools I didn't have, and it's been really eye opening. Little tip Just listen, don't try to tell them you know how it feels, just ask open ended questions that give them the space to talk, be calm, reassuring and patient, you have all the tools already, I've been helping a girl at work with anxiety through some tricky times and I went to a disciplinary with her last week, after that she went to her boss got talking honestly and got things sorted out and is happy again and less stressed, she bought me some chocolates as a thankyou, made me well emotional lol, but it was nice to have made a difference

Well done mate, very good thing you did, glad it was a good outcome too. Hopefully she starts to get some help and get better

They have a couple of boat accessories I am quite interested in, they do seem to make some good little bits I think -
Baiting poles good idea or gimmick?

I just thought if you could get one of those wideboy type pole rollers maybe you could rest them all on it in shorter manageable lengths put them together as you ship it out, and it may make it simpler possibly, they do some kind of like a rod pod nowadays with banksticks as legs -
Cold tap water is probably as cold as any lake I would think, I would give it a go if they melt, i haven't had any issues recently the korda ones have been melting fine pulled a wrongun straight in and it had melted last time I was out

I often wonder why you don't see more pole rollers about, makes perfect sense to me, I would if I was going to use a baiting pole -

The thing that put me off a match pole is what will you do if you do want more length, it's not going to be as easy to make more sections, if you are going to DIY it I would go similar to the mk2 but tbh I worked out by the time I had faffed about and made it the allthings 3d one wasn't bad value, and you get a nicer spoon and stuff with it -
I like a solid bag tbh, even using my boat I will still use them, if you get them right they can be deadly, especially for quick bites, and you can really get a lot of liquid in them what's not to like 🤔 I'm planning to do some next level stuff with pva this year, just waiting for the warmer weather now

Its well worth watching the mk2 version to see the improvements he made too, I opted for a boat in the end as i felt is was a better all rounder for me but I seriously considered one of these https://www.allthings3d.co.uk/product-page/allthings3d-baiting-pole-configurator
