  1. Mate gets bad sciatica ruptured a couple of the fluid sacks you have in the spine I wouldn't take that long covid alone spondylitis is very hard to diagnose it's cuased by the fluid sacks allowing the spine bones to come into contact and crumble.

  2. It used to be easy! I've been known to walk a good couple of miles fully loaded round the reservoir or lake. Fully loaded with water that would be 100kilos, but spare clothes, waterproofs, stove, cooking equipment, and scales etc only weigh about 40kilos. The 40litre Molle packs are available if you have a search through the surplus stores, and from personal experience they last. The various specialists are looking to the conclusion of Long Covid having caused it.

Its crazy I opened the front door this morning and you could feel the warm air hit you in the face lol. It's warm, windy and wet today, I wish I was fishing 😂

  7. I'd be wary of using either. Several years ago my mate had his garage done over despite having a decent alarm. He had sold some stuff on Facebook and on reflection he was pretty sure one bloke who he had invited into his garage to view the stuff had noted what was there and came back to ransack it. He reckons he lost about £8,000 worth of kit. A neighbours (poor quality!) camera picked up a van turning up, the alarm being smashed and they were in and out pretty quick and took the lot. Luckily his Insurance Company was really good and he managed to replace most of it but the thought of losing all your gear in one hit is a right kick in the nuts and he was in tears when he told me his tale. The morale of the story is don't bring attention to outsiders of exactly what you've got, you don't know who you are inviting round.

It's not exactly fishing tackle but I've just ordered myself a saturn 2 3d printer so I can bring my fishing tackle ideas to life and get some prototypes made 👌

  9. I've got the same but between my shoulder blades so it effects my arms, back and neck. When really quiet I can hear the bone on bone grinding when I turn from side to side. It also traps a nerve and I get pulses and shakes down my left arm. Happy days - just from lifting my son in an awkward position - only heard a little pop then days later the pain was hell, thankfully it seems to get less of a problem each year, your brain has to learn not to stiffen all the muscles up to protect the injury as this just makes it much much worse. That took about 5 years to re-program if you like - now I'm nearing 20 years since the injury, doc says I will need surgery - hopefully he is wrong. I stopped taking meds after a couple of years as they mess with your insides, just have to ignore the pain as much as possible.
