  1. I only had a look at shallow once but caught it on a good day, its a lovely looking water isn't it, lagoon always seemed busy when I was on there, I think if I was to rejoin I would try meadow I think, I would be totally out my depth but that's kind of the appeal πŸ˜‚

    Bait Allergy...

Probably best to avoid it, wouldn't be much fun having an allergic reaction like that tbh,

    The Hunter

Well don't do it before the Christmas giveaway 😏 I'm watching through all the episodes still so I'm still enjoying it, I haven't watched any of the short films yet but I think I will have seen a lot from the episodes

    Bait Allergy...

Maggots are in my experience just as effective as bloodworm, easier and cheaper to use too.

    Bait Allergy...

I had a chat to a angler on a walk around a lake and noticed he was wearing latex gloves asked him why and he said he’s got an allergy to nuts and was using tiger nut boilies and he had no problems

  9. I have seen people using boats far more effectively than what I've been doing lately, it does start to make you think, I had a little play with my new deeper the other day, mapped out 3 swims far quicker than I previously would I'm coming round to modern technology, I don't think it's a total solution and you still need a lead to check the bottom but it will save casting a lead so much to find the potential spot in the first place,

    Cygnet 12m baiting pole

Use whatever floats your boat and serves you best in your angling and sod what anyone else thinks to many people nowadays think they are the authority in what should and should be allowed and what’s right or wrong. When I want to use a bait boat and the rules say I can then I will πŸ‘

    Cygnet 12m baiting pole

I know what you mean, I’m fishing a small pond at the moment, I’ve got to be putting baits tight to the island and under over hanging trees. Most of the spots are under 12m so I think it might be a good tool to have πŸ‘ Hmm I think it might be a good deal then, it’s local to me on gumtree mate πŸ‘ only problem I got is if I wait until Monday to contact my local tackle shop to see if I could get a similar deal, the offer on gumtree might be gone lol. I’m gonna see if it’s still available πŸ‘πŸ˜ƒ

    Bait Allergy...

Would latex gloves help? I occasionally use them if the spox mix is particularly nasty 😁 I've never used bloodworm in there raw state though only some bloodworm pellets so can't help you, but maybe the easiest thing to do is not use them, I wouldn't know if they are worth the risk of an allergic reaction.? Maggots might be a safer alternative though if they don't affect you on the same way
