I love making my own bait but still learning. We are a type of place where being an Island it is a great place to spend a family holiday to include Freshwater and shore fishing. They have various fish over 40lb the biggest is i believe 53lb. I have not tried it as it is very expensive. The lake is available for four or three nights. It is also possible to book the lake for seven nights should dates be available.
