A lanyard for my receiver would make sense, leather pouch, too. I'll wait for your pics, Highy.

Case has a little belt clip/latch attached to the back of it...

Lanyard is just a standard lanyard...I've attached mine to the receiver clip.

Thanks for that. I'm just off to visit that well known auction site...…..

apologies for bringing up an old thread, but i'm looking to getting 3 of these buzzers for this season ....(wanted to buy some 5yrs ago,  but a couple of anglers said they were rubbish )...may be able to get a decent 2nd hand ATT's set, as gardner this spring are bringing out a NEW ATT A alarm with speaker! [ facebook.com/reel/551231777923249 ]

bought my Neville alarms 5 years ago, and they are OK-ish other than you have to flick the switch up and down to sort ya tones sounder box etc...when ya getting on... you forget how to do this lol!!!

anyways....my questions are:

1/ you guys still using them... how are they still reliable ?

2/ are the 'rubbery' cases on earlier models or on all models, if buying 2nd hand any particular MK or year ?

3/ is there much difference with the standard compared to ATTs Deluxe Receiver ...other than distance away from rods

TIA,

CHEERS!

I've had mine a few years now, they still look mint I have underlit ones newest version I guess, they are the most reliable alarms I've ever owned, batteries last ages, you can buy all spares for them if the casing does get tired,

I initially bought the standard receiver, and it was the one thing that I didn't like tbh, it always gave this weird double bleep for the first bleep, used to scare the bejeesus out of me, I switched to the deluxe and it's now perfect, so buy the deluxe one and save yourself going through that.

But yeah still brilliant, I love them.

well nothing decent has come up 2nd hand wise, so i'm going to buy new!

question if i may...

you can still buy the buzzer with the LED to the left of the buzzer as new, the iW underlit version is £5 more, i actuly prefer the "LED to the left of the buzzer" ...is this an earlier model? surely no differance other than LED postion?

cheers for any info!

No difference from memory

the led on the left was the original model followed shortly after by the underlit

and now just a choice

I found the LED not very bright in daylight conditions much improved with the under-lit version

I think the only difference is the LED, but not too sure for definate, you could email Gardner if you want to know for sure, I've only had the underlit so I think it's preference, I would definately advise on the deluxe receiver though,

Sometimes the underlit can be hard to see in the daylight if you just get a single beep(good at night though) , and the single led to the side might actually be more visible in that situation but I tend to look at the receiver if I can't tell.

Had mine for yonks, sold em on when the rubberised finish started to get sticky... my lass surprised me with a full set of new Delks as a replacement... as far as I know my old ATT'S's are still going
