  1. He wanted the move Steve , Bilic obviously didn't fancy him and Tonka wanted regular first team football so when Palace offered 10 mill + add ons , va va voom There's too much going on at the same time over there . What looks like a rubbish pre-season resulted in an unfit second string being dumped out of Europe by a bunch of Rumainian pig farmers for the second year on the trot . The injury crisis . Again. Buying or loaning THIRTEEN average players NONE of which have improved last seasons first choice eleven . Failure to sign players at RB , CB and a goalscorer where additions were required , instead buying winger after winger in an attempt to justify trying to turn Antonio into a Right Back Individual mistakes/possible complacency ? Basically the rest of the PL has improved and we haven't .... And that's without even mentioning the new stadium ....and I could go on all night moaning about that . All I'll say is 2 things . Don't believe a word written in the tabloids , it's NOT a war zone . And don't believe a word spoken by Gold and Sullivan . Edited for swearing- nw
  2. I know it's early days but it's horrible knowing What's going to happen and then watching it unfold before your very eyes . And I know Bivvy knows where I'm going with this....
  3. lol . I agree TFG stuff has improved out of all recognition lately
  4. And people think Argos sell toot :)
  5. Is it the same as the Korum ruckbag ? If so they've ALL ripped Korum off ...
  6. I've gone off footy ....
  7. My Drennan catty lasted about 10 minutes and 3 elasticated later decided enough is enough and invested in the ESP's , both the Boilie & particle version . The Team England match catapult which Gary posted a picture of the other day is actually very very good . If you don't mind one bait at a time they go for a very long way . But being a match catty the elastic don't last long when I use em. I thing with catapults it's the same as other items of tackle . Some people swear by lots of stuff that have let me down in the past . I detest certain brands but others swear by them so it's swings & roundabouts .
  8. You might found this useful Dan , in particular the last post http://www.carp.com/topic/21565-cuttle-mill/page-2
  9. Settling down to watch the Chelski game , should be good for a few goals I think ....
  10. Looks a bit dark there mate . Hope you've been eating your carrots
  11. That's a heavy heavy HEAVY album . And good stuff too
  12. Good to hear uncle Danny learnt SOMETHING from me
  13. Trust me I'm a doctor
  14. That match catty is actually the Bizness . One at a time though
  15. ESP . The green boilie pult is the nuts and the orange one for corn/particles . Best I've ever used by miles.
  16. I have both . After using a free spool facility it took me ages to get used to my Big Pits . When I used free spool the other week it felt strange too . I prefer my big pits but yes , horses for courses I Spose and a place for everything . I think beginners tend to get em cos they may seem easier as the fish is usually already hooked . More experienced all round anglers maybe don't consider they need bait runners ? Once again . Each to his own .
  17. When's next Gal ?
  18. Good luck tonight Gal , hope you snare a biggy
  19. Nothing wrong with these https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/272265710870 And don't forget Leeda own Wychwood

  22. Nice one Gary , I know diagrams like these are easily found on the net but there's not too much on here .
  23. It's been a while ...
  24. I'm going to not so nicely disagree and say that's a Delkim users snobby answer ( not saying Delk users are tt's of course ). The Fox ones will do you fine and if you want to go REALLY cheap have a look on the bay for a Leeda 2xl bite alarm . I've had mine for donkeys years and it still works fine .
