12 upper 20's two 30+ carp and several cats upto 33lb all from rushes lake also about 20 upper doubles great venue great food and great hosts

i was fishing when there when a couple of low 30's came out but with the amount of bait that go's in there i wouldn't be surprised to see 40's come out in near future

i will say the lake is in very nice location and surroundings,and has potential for the future

i spoke to the lad from fosters who put them in there was about 20 fish the biggest about 22 and that died,also dave who works for geff told us he had put 800 4-6 carp in 2years ago the people i know on the syndicate will tell you a lot different about the size because from 40 fish in a session none over 10lb says the average is not 10lb 12lb most being around 8lb mark i can say the fish are in mint condition but a recent silky weed problem and the fish size but my mate's off altogether even thought about asking for money back,

if you mean the pool just round corner by fazely its called meadows fishery and is syndicate but only about 15 fish over 15lb and 750 6-8lbs,it has got a web site with some info £250 a year,my mate joined it and doesn't go anymore because fish are so small,i fished it as guest couple of times only had 4fish all under 8lb

was going to say billing is more river fishing i don't think you can back your caravan onto any of the lakes unless it's a static caravan but you can right next to river also there is a nice stretch of the avon if your could try at anchor meadow with a fishery with about 5 pools at end of lane

i just got back from there and caught most of my fish on 2 24mm with size 2 korda long shanks

orchid lakes has 2 cabins not very nice cabins tho,watersmeat hotel has some nice rooms next to lakes,only small lakes but some fairly big fish

if it's your first time use it for learning about the waters none are easy they are very pressured waters st'johns 1 of hardest . i have fished many times blanked more than caught and no 20's plenty 15lb to 19lb till i started fishing manor farm a few weeks ago with great result's pb in net twice in two sessions hunt's corner 10 acre lake with only 10 pegs and is less pressured and fish do come off all the pegs not like other waters that are peggy

manor farm was fishing well a couple of weeks ago,a lot of cell and kg1 goes in most waters, fishing over spod works too wind direction seems to make a big differance aswell

if you go to stapley water garden there is 1 of the biggest tackle shops i have ever seen ask to speak to anne her husband is a bailiff and she fiishes there all the time she will give you best tips for fishing there she was very helpfull to me as i had 10 small cats on her info

big hallibut pellets for the cats mark the owner will put you right or 1 of bailiffs they are very good like that no alcahol tho

no really the lake is very weedy snowmans do well for me on hunt's corner. over scattered baits to get them feeding i would fish manor farm tho it's fishing well too

well i've only heard good things about it and am looking forward to my first week there on 18th sept and kim i can't wait to try your food as i have heard such great reports 10lb or 40lb i will be fishing for a week,what could be better

i know there has been some work done on top pool it has been made bigger but for me he needs to keep digging at least another acre

yes good luck good attitude to have with enjoying no matter what because i spoke to one person with a season ticket for the complex an he had had 4 fish in 8months fishing kingfisher 3nights a week but all over 30 so good hunting hope to see some pics

i have fished it before and it's a lovely lake as for spoding i was also told this was a no no,after sitting for 48hours without a bleeb and wondering what we had done wrong over breakfast and a brew,a lad turned up set up and started spodding at least 30-40 spods and then every 20mins for the next 2 hours after this his rod went and he landed a 42lb carp so not sure advice on spodding i was also given is correct
