It's got to that point again where its starting to take me two barrow trips to get all my gear to the swim, to many "just in case" items that never get used π€£ I've managed to thin my gear out a bit hopefully only one trip next time lol.
Also took a laptop with me for the last 10 sessions or so to watch films on but haven't once took it out the holdall π€·ββοΈπ€£

The new sonik banktek beds are rated to 150kg, I have an axs duralloy that has survived me so far apart from a bent leg, but sonik replaced that by sending me almost another bed as spares.
Solar do or did a cheap version of their SP Tech - I bought it cos it's lighter for my long barrow trips. Only paid Β£205 and I think that's a good price. Whilst I've had it less than a year I think it's no longer a thing unless you can find old stock - possibly 'Undercover Pro Sleep System' or similar - I put it on the New Purchases thread some time ago.

Quoting myself for an update, i have found cheap Tesco sliced white bread, crust cut of and the slice lightly flattened indeed rolls very nicely to be able to hair rig with a pellet band, yet to try it at the lake but this may give me an edge for carp that only ever see boilie
