Well I finish work on Sunday morning and that's it for 9 days, 3 of those are going to be long day sessions, no night ticket at the moment so I'm restricted to days only, can't wait a bit of chill out time just what I need. 😁👍🎣4 points

I used mine to pretty good effect the other week, I found some fish fizzing around a massive weed bed chucked it on top,away from them a bit slowly dragged it back, found the edge of the weed and a clear spot in 1 cast, plopped a rig and bait out with the 6m baiting pole 5m later this one was hooked, I almost wanted to say boom then 😂

Absolutely fantastic way to spend a day, when I float fish I find myself looking at the scenery and wildlife and missing bites though haha1 point

Putting carbon on the back burner and fishing with vintage gear... best thing by far in all my fishing... I packed up match fishing and started fishing for myself once I stopped using carbon... now pretty much all my fishing is done with old gear... I doesn't catch me more... but I'm happier on my days out now the pressure is off1 point
