  1. Well since my venture into sea fishing over the last 3 years I've stumbled across various hooks and patterns from makes I'd not heard of. One particular brand do a chod style hook and it's the sharpest hook I've ever got straight of a packet and at £2-45 for 10 they are cheap as chips. No carp tax on these. I've just got to use them carp fishing now 😂

    colstrum in baits

hi guys, i haven't used the forum much so i'm probably not a known member, but i'm just wondering if anyone's thought of using colostrum in their bait before, it sounds highly nutritious and very good for the immune system, it's expensive but a couple of capsules could go well in a milk protein bait, i thinks. It's made from the first milk a cow gives which contains all the important antibodies a new calf would need.

  3. Well firstly what are these books and dvds you are talking about, it's all about Insta stories and you tube bruv, I've got some 10 second vids lined up that loop endlessly until you scroll away, and that will usually be of me getting smashed on bailicks and casting badly As for the second bit I could've just got a sledgehammer out the shed and smashed my bait right up I'll use the crusher and pretend I did that for carpy points 😲

  4. When’s the book/DVD out? “Elmocarp Inc” lol! Can I pre-order a copy?? (Signed preferably) if I want to subtly mash up some bait on the bank, I reach for my trusty boilie smasher... otherwise known as a mallet!* Now THATS modern carp fishing! (* I don’t really!!)

  5. Thanks I've bought one just the head for now will see if I need extras once I've used it, , I think if nothing else it will make the bait go a bit further so it's a cost saver really 😁 Whack some pellets in the bucket, a couple of kilos of crushed boilies a good glug of liver sauce add some munga and spomb the granny out the place, and bosh, bosh, bosh rods on the dance floor, wallop, back of the net, ooosh 😁

    2 man bivvy

It was an awesome bivvy, but most pegs we went to it didn't fit, 1 point I took a tape measure to measure up. Now when we go, little en sleeps in the bed, I stay in my chair. (if it's only 1 night)

    2 man bivvy

https://www.wet-wellies.co.uk/camping-equipment/bivvies/carp-zone-hurricane-a-s-all-season-two-man-bivvy-with-overwrap-carp-fishing/ This is what I had everytime my son came... It was massive, loads room, he also had his own adult bed, was a Nash (forgot what model) and I had a TFgear wide boy. Only bivvy I've seen bigger is the Fox European /Continental, until Nash brought out the Space Dome bubble thing Bivvy.

  13. Been there, done that, went back to it, tried to make the relationship work, and failed. Liz actually used to enjoy fishing together, us and the children. Come to that I know my son was conceived in a bivvy... She just couldn't understand fishing was important for me to unwind.
