    It's just for hookbaits I want to use goo, I want the hookbait to be irresistible and stand out more, I've got my freebies how I want them tbh I usually wash them out with evap milk and liver and a few other goodies too 🥛

    Said bait can me mushed by hand and added to some other bits as a ground bait which can be deverstating elmo

    If you want to wash out your bait but keep the flavour use baileys or vodka with condensed milk soak for at least 24 hrs an your good to go hope this helps it’s done me well in the past

    You can mix the combos together some anyway the berry an pineapple go well but if I’m honest to achie a washed out bait will be hard they do have a tendency of adding colour rather than take it away

    Iv got the 8k and it feels bullet proof the line lay is impeccable with the slow oscillation, it’s heavy ish but like I said to a angler who popped into my swime and said “ I heard of them there to heavy you should use Shimano “ my comeback was if I was fly fishing with them you would be talking sense 🙄

    That is some broom handle my man. Would it be possible that you have a 50mm butt ring on these rods? I've used these for 6 years, no issues whatsoever and I like that it grips the rod incase you get a hard take.     Even made the BBC news website! I took a walk around my local club water (3min drive) and 50% of swims were taken! Yet on the second water, (3min walk from first water) there were no anglers on. I’ll be getting the rods out hopefully, work dependant! Whatever you decide to do, the important thing is to not take risks and keep yourself safe.

    I’ve fed these 2 since they were very young birds the male will eat out of my hand which is nice they are wild swans so the trust he must have is awesome I think

    Went to put a bit of bait in only 2 tiny bits of water that wasn’t frozen give it to them anyway even if the birds eat it at least they’ve eaten
