Give them a call but as Elmo said Black Friday wipes a lot of companies out they are owned by NGT. Or share the same premises. i added an 18m pole into the basket

I thought this thread might light up with black friday bargains, I've gone a little nuts π 20kg of AA Baits tropamino base mix Fish Liquids, salmon oil, scopex flavour Electric caulking gun 15mm rolling table, cork dust And whilst shopping in morrisons @dalej2014made meπ purchase a stand mixer for Β£35 (bit of a bargain tbh) So it looks like I've become a home roller this weekend.

The Teme is known more for barbel than carp. Probably the best bet is seeing if local fishing clubs are interested and have the finances to take them on. My advice is avoid 'rewilding' and the big groups like RSPB as angling is not high on their priorities. National Trust may be a possibility, but put a condition of sale that angling be allowed, although the NT are not that bad at preventing angling.

The Teme is Not a hot bed for carp fishing really is it good luck flogging it though you may be better advertising it on fenn wright. or here fisheries.co.uk

That's a fair point, I would like to add anytime I did any cooking, tea making etc I did open the fart flap more to let air in, this was mainly when it rained hard
-
Hello Elmo Sorry if this is hijacking your post , but is this a good time to remind anglers not as experienced as you to ventilate due to the dangers of Carbon Monoxide poisoning ? .

Is this View of your bivvy door group ? This is my view currently, little gap is the fart extruder, it's pretty windy today π

I've stuck a zig out, desperate times call for a fathom height zig.

C'mon @elmoputney! I'm crossing everything for you (& a bit jealous).

Bank Tackle always resend or offers a refund if there are any issues with deliveries. I work for Bank Tackle, and I assure any readers that we never tell customers that the responsibility is with Royal Mail. I strongly suspect the OP is deliberately trying to discredit the company. If this is not the case, then I would suggest the OP pop us an email and we can get the issue sorted for them.

This Two Jews Blues album has been at the top of my playlist at work for 5 or 6 years...

This is sort of the deep end, but we'll see how it goes.

Yup. I have that trip in March (can't wait!) and then a week planned in April so I'm making up for all this lost bank time π
-
I know the feeling mate. Fishing time is precious with a young family under normal circumstances, let alone when you've just moved. We had the first real frost this morning, that's been very productive for me in the past when I had the time to go. March will soon come around and we can go for that big beautiful commonπ€π€π€

Deff slowed up / finished for me for a few months, old bones can't take the cold weather fishing anymore π I did manage to get a copy of Archie Braddock 'Fantastic Feeder Fishing' a while ago, old skool now but very interesting read, makes a change from usual big carp stuff books π
-
All good here mate. The carp went mental feeding after Fridays storm and then this last couple of days headed to the bottom. I think they'll stay there for the foreseeable. I completely missed my Nov fishing session. No free nights until December now. We still have lots to do on the new house so it'd not surprise me if I don't get out again this year.
-
Its a shame really. A mate had a new pb (43) the other night. I can't stick up the picture though. This is usually the best time to be out imo. Family stuff means, I'm not able to get out at minute. How's the pond life?

With the drop in temps the fishing and the forum posts appear to have slowed right down!
