Never fished there but you will probably find most of the fish come to one bait i.e. the bait they feed the fish on with that in mind i would then fish something totally different , bright yellows or reds ,very bright very smelly the Richworth ones are great . This lake is very pressured and in my opinion something different may just give you an edge ,i'm thinking one fish and you should leave happy .

i think maggots are baned there mate corn is a good bait over hemp but watch for the sea gulls and ducks last time i fished there i had 16 runs and every one was from a tuffty duck

they go any size? they also catch and return or are they ok in a stew???? :lol::wink::roll:
