  1. I have a rig on each rod thats quite organised for me
  2. Get something simple and reliable without a load of buttons that are not needed.Once they are set how you want them they never get changed anyway!! Nash S5R Fox Gardner TLB+ neville mk2 or 3 something you do not need a receiver for but is available if needed later on
  3. Just don’t sell the gear

  7. Or you can use an in line lead
  8. Furzebray north Devon top water nice accommodation nice owner decent fish
  9. I’ve never gone that far I just snug them down until it looks like it kind of clicks difficult to explain but you can see it if you look have you tried going twice through the eye? It helps spread the load better on the knot old fashioned way but it worked
  10. ESP but to be fair a needle is a needle imo
  11. How are you bedding it down? it only needs to be snug not pulled within an inch of its life

  14. more cost to the rig lol are you going to do away with the putty as that will stop it rolling again
  15. You need to use a proper free rolling swivels that work under water, not sure how many actually do tbh i wouldn’t look too deeply into it if you have enough supple section it should spin and face the right way I actually have sucked some rigs up myself and they do work
  16. Guesting lake does that mean you shouldn’t be there either lol
  17. Lol there is a few cases (hahah) of it around
  18. Absolutely sure.. all 3 of mine are sticky It certainly doesn’t stop them working though so I’m not really bothered TBH there are a few cases of it around I have only changed the batteries once as well lol
  19. Only problem with the ATTS is on the early models the plastic goes sticky and you can’t get it off but you can buy new cases now for them I see I use ATTS for my 2 rod set up
  20. I have fx9 on TX compact 12 footers feels ok to me the TX is a slim rod
  21. I prefer the side cutter version to those end cutters so there should be something to suit all just make sure they are sharp some of the cheap nasty ones will leave a burr like a barb so defeat the object elmo the ones you were using are more for things like solder or fine wires not hardened like a hook
  22. Barbless Easy in easy out micro barbed for me but I’m happy enough to use a curve in barbless if I have to
  23. I can never understand why anyone would purposely go out and fish for bream myself and to try and get 100 lb of them. 🤮
  24. Ding dong the witch is dead the wicked witch the wicked witch.....
  25. I have the prestige one I sit under it when it rains sod the gear lol
