Apart from a little bit of supernatural i have left , all my hooklength braid is sufix in one form or another . Does all sorts of requirements and only a fiver a spool you cant go wrong . I even use their mono for some stiff links too .

I might get jumped on from a great height here so tin helmet already on BUT wouldnt some rig putty on the right hand loop knot tidy it up a bit yet still allow the fluoro to do its job ? Blanks should it be a uni knot rather than a loop to loop ?

Hello mitch , its late im tired and off to bed but you'll get loadsa good advice here mate . Can i suggest you have a good look at the pinned/stickys in the rig tying section with regards to rig making materials , lead set ups and terminal tackle . Also the carp equipment section . Your not a beginner , just a bit rusty and things wont gave changed that much . Good luck ...
