I'm fishing a parc lake 36 acres depth ranging from 2_18 ft not flat bottom some rocky some sandy silt areas heavily weeded, now one particular spot can only be reached from 2 swims 98yrds from 1 swim 47yrds from the other its clean 7ft deep I've fished it from the 98yrd swim felt it down held my rod up to make sure the line behind my leader is sunk, it's a windy venue and if I'm set up for that distance is a tension arm at the very max without moving the lead I receive single bleeps on my siren but not all the time to acociate it to wind is this undertow in effect and would a backlead help even tho they hinder bite detection

Thank you blue label I'll help anyone if possible on here or in life I am a confident man I've lived a life like most folks on here , I love doing my thing and will allways do my thing I dont break rules I use the most powerful weapon in the world the brain I suffer with frontal lobal epilepsy and shouldn't fish on my own but I do i also dont sleep much because my brain dont switch off fishing is my way of relaxing and unwinding being out with mother nature is my tranquility just a shame it's to be shared with fools sometimes there we go that's life.

I'm not bothered about what others do I do my own thing,the comment about being done 5 times wasnt to big myself up it was just to say I've been done while others are having nothing I should of pointed out that the swims I've been done in have been sown up when I've gone back ?? I found it funny because it was the fishery manager who told me to ask one of the syndicate members to borrow his key

My pod on a no fishing walkway moved 6 inchs fine an sandy. Second warning asked a member to borrow his gate key he put a load of twaddle on fb saying I wanted his key just bull mucka that was all

I get exactly what your saying this is exactly what I've done and like you've said I've had a few come talk to me and we have got on like a house on fire slowly but surely I will fit in and I'm old enough to also understand that I'm not going to get on with everyone that's life I'm afraid

Hi guys I've joined a new water which is very clicky it seems to be the way today to try intimidate new anglers, they act like it's there water and the attitude off the younger generation is like bog you old timer we were here first, makes me laugh I've allready had 2 warnings lol like I said to the manager and head bailiff I pay my money the same as the rest of you only difference is I'm days they're syndicate they can show all the going swims up all they like dont mean theres carp in them if your not on em cant catch em I've been done 4 times lost 1 in weed no one else had had nothing I'll keep doing my thing and I will catch a few my way 😆😆

Ok just come from up the lake loads of bait all over the lake,still nothing caught?? Other lakes in the area are fishing quiet well with fish coming out so in a bit of a situation do I keep going to the large lake or go somewhere else for a bend in the rod only smaller fish

I bought an ex army 5 seasons sleeping bag from army an navy store about 20yrs ago it's still as good today as it was when I bought it, it kept me snug an warm when we had the beast from the east plus I only paid 40quid bonus

No the weather may not be the best I really think its angling pressure an too much bait, I know a carps digestive system isn't the best but if 10 anglers are putting 10kilos buckets of particles in an not even a bream caught ??? I'm going up for a walk now after with the fishspy again I'll keep you up to date guys

I've had some amazing results fishing over bait if your on them and they're having it but if no one is catching not even bream and theres some lumps of bream in there that tells me something ain't quiet right

Thank you for your feedback there isn't really any predation other than a comorant or two, if I'm honest I think its angling pressure and baiting

I use a pva bag with ground bait and oil mix I find that even after the bag breaks down some of the contents leach into the bottom so attraction stays for some time and as I cast regular to keep that attraction there it's working for me so far just got to convert the drop backs to carp on the bank lol

I've thought this and as I'm only a new member my thoughts aren't really listened to but my thinking is we are there to catch them yes but not to the extent where so much is put in even bream rant feeding should say something ???
