Yes mate they are very easy to get in, the boots thick and low so stays in shape, the fabric is 3 different layers of lightweight stuff so they fold down and pull up easily. They go right upto my arm pits so will be able to wade out further with more confidence, adjustable at the waist so not overly baggy it you don't want that. Comes with repair kit and wader bag with mesh sides. I'm not using that obvs. Said to be breathable so may be able to keep them on without getting too hot.

  7. Years ago I was fishing a local park lake, it's free, but I didn't want the locals knowing that I was there. I was arriving after dark, fishing the night and staying until lunchtime at the latest.

If that happens I can take the hit at a tenner, that's if they last a month 😂 I will have to wear sunglasses to wear them 😎

I bought something similar about 15 years ago. Problem is you use them, dry them, use them, dry them and after a week or two they absolutely stink of silt and god knows what else. I binned mine after a month. They were rank!

    Rod Shots

The darker cane on the sharpe is achieved by soaking the blank in a phenol based resin and then autoclaved, (heat and vacuum or high pressure) to force the resin into the cane fibres... it makes for a tougher rod... sadly as phenol is now banned you don't see many impregnated rods... A guy called Barry Grantham bought the process and found a way round the ban on phenols but I think the venture was short lived...

    Rod Shots

One is an impregnated rod t'other isn't, the darker rod is how a sharpe should look with the screw down reel fitting, I had the pale rods's reel fitting removed as it had seized up. In not too precious about matching everything, that ship sailed long ago... life's too short to worry about that sort of thing any more...👍😉

It's the £££££££ they are putting on the moment that get me nearly a grand nowadays, mental money for a tent and you still need extras with most.
