It's very quiet??? No one got any rod shots? I'm getting withdrawals 😫

I sometimes wish I wasn't single, believe me. An acrimonious split wasn't good with children involved. Although fishing most weeks is nice, the back and hip problems do make things painful at times, and life comes first. It took a whole year to get PIP sorted. I've got a trip planned this week, then more car problems to sort. I'd be really keen on another carp.com social. I'll see if I can get some beef or venison steaks ordered if it's a trip I can attend, I have a very good local butcher.

hoping to get a day off on 18th for a cheeky day session, if i remember i will add some pics. mostly of an empty net but either way rods out and bankside is relaxing enough

So was I so popped over the local park last week for a cast was going to take some pics but forgot my phone been trying the South Africa cast which I used in my sea fishing days. It’s added distance to my cast over the overhead thump… No fish but came close to hitting a seagull tho

I'm just stocking up on bait for next year, upto 55kg of Bio Marine now, also gonna look out for an half decent Trakker Tempest (1man) for my days/quick nights fishing, will use the Tempest 200 on the longer sessions.
